The reasoning
behind each dose.

Science / Method

How we pick ingredients, set doses and decide when to say we do not know.

Every ingredient earns its place.

We choose each component for a stated purpose, check it against the others, and test the finished batch before it ships.

  1. 01 // Formulation

    Chosen for a job.

Each ingredient has one stated reason to be in the sachet. If we cannot write the reason down, it does not go in.

  2. 02 // Evidence

    Backed by published research.

We read the studies behind each dose, and we say plainly where they are small, short or mixed.

  3. 03 // Standards

    Tested after blending

Each batch is tested for what is in it and for what should not be, because the finished powder is what you take.

C₂H₅NO₂ / Amino acid

Glycine

The simplest amino acid. Used in Dusk and Nightfall, with the dose and reasoning in the Formulatory.

Magnesium

An essential mineral. Split across three formulations, with the larger dose in the evening.

Four moments,
one routine.

Morning, midday, evening and night each ask something different of your body. Meridial formulations are timed to those windows, so you take the right thing at the right hour.

What we will not do

  1. Doses

    No proprietary blends

Every ingredient has its own dose on the label and on its product page. If a dose is not listed, it is not in the sachet.

  2. Claims

    No treatment claims

We use only health claims that are authorised in the UK, and we say plainly when the evidence is small, short or mixed.

  3. Range

    No endless catalogue

Four formulations cover a day. We would rather keep the range small and explain it than add a product for every worry.

Start with
a daily base.
